Welcome to the section of the website that deals with research reports. You will find two distinct types of research reports on these pages.
A Sponsored report has been paid for by a company. However, as is clearly stated in our disclaimer section, the opinions stated in these reports are ours and not those of the company. Although the report is paid for, a company must let the chips fall where they may. Furthermore, there will be at least three quarterly follow-up reports, and again the company has no control or influence over what is said.
A Non-Sponsored report is solely the result of independent research by Savannah Capital Management, Inc., for use in writing one or more newspaper columns or other articles published by Lauren Rudd. In other words, we did it for our own use and we make it publically available for anyone wishing to use it in conjunction with doing their own research on the company.
Whether you are using a Sponsored or Non-Sponsored report, please be sure to read our disclaimer that follows and is an integral part of every research report.
This disclaimer is an integral part of our service. Please read it before investing in any security on which we report. Opinions are solely those of the staff of The Rudd Report and are subject to change without notice.
Our reports are for information only and do not offer securities or solicit the offer of securities of any company. Our reports are to inform the public and not to promote any company. We will on occasion receive a set fee for one year’s coverage from a public company about which we report.
We do not inform any company in advance of the nature or conclusions of our reports in advance of receiving the fee, nor can a company withdraw from coverage before the expiration of the one-year term.
We do not receive any equity securities from any company on which we report, nor will we purchase securities of the companies on which we report during the term of engagement.
Our reports contain factual statements and opinions. We derive factual statements from sources that we believe are accurate. However, we do not represent that the facts presented are accurate or complete.
Furthermore, the information contained in this report may become inaccurate because of the passage of time and should therefore be read for historical information only.
